Some Good Info To Get Started With Scuba Diving
Diving is a nautical activity that involves exploring the seabed while breathing using oxygen cylinders.
We know that man’s wildest dream is to fly like a bird, but the next one is to be able to breathe underwater in order to live like a fish to visit the underwater wonders.
Swimming is undoubtedly an excellent sport to keep in shape but if we add to that, an underwater hike to discover animal and plant species then we get a very
rewarding activity for the body and the mind. Going to meet the exhilarating flora and fauna of the depths allows you to discover the riches of the ocean in addition to being a complete sport. In some places, you will also have the opportunity to live an extraordinary experience meeting buried archaeological sites, old stranded cruise ships or the remains of ancient civilizations.
Note that we are talking here about diving with compressed air cylinders that allow you to breathe underwater, unlike free-diving were, on the contrary, you hold your breath and try to go as far as possible. We must also differentiate scuba diving from snorkelling which allows you to breathe underwater thanks to a snorkel and a mask but while remaining on the surface and in shallow water.
To practice the highly prized activity of diving, you must follow the advice of qualified instructors and specific training because you do not learn to use oxygen tanks on your own. Before you take you for Aquaman and go in search of Atlantis, there is still a bit of work but fear not, there are many clubs all over the world to gradually learn how to descend into the depths, whether it is in a pit (swimming pool) or directly at sea.
Regarding the contraindications, you must never go diving alone, and it is not
recommended to take the plane within 24 hours of a dive so listen carefully to the
advice of the instructors who will explain to you in detail how to progress safely
underwater.
